Fransisca Halabaso Rabanal, 89, born on October 10, 1927, in Luba, Ilocos Sur, Philippines, passed away August 14, 2017. She resided in West Covina, California at the time of her passing. She is survived by her sister-in-law Lola Cion, her 8 children, and 15 grandchildren. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Glendale, California.

Viewing/Visition - Friday, 8/25/17 at 4pm - 9 pm. Rosary will be held at 7pm. Light refreshments will be served.
