Frank Edward Shepherd

Frank Shepherd was born on October 4, 1951 in Port Hueneme, California to Donald and Mary Shepherd who were both enlisted in the Navy. Frank was always a rowdy and fun-loving cowboy at heart. He spent his younger years up to mischief and enjoying life with his best friend Ron. This wild cowboy was finally tamed when he met the love of his life Ann, and they had their two beautiful daughters in 1990 and 1992. Frank always worked hard to give his family everything he never had. An avid horseman, he enjoyed taking his family to Rankin Ranch every year. Frank always had a love and passion for guns and made sure his daughters were well versed in the handling and safety of gunmanship. He was an exceptionally generous soul, who was happy to give everything he had for the ones he loved most dearly.
Frank is survived by his wife, Ann, and his two daughters, Kimberly and Rebecca. He is also survived by his sister, Kathy, and niece and nephew, Holly and Don.
