Frank Lopez was a one of a kind man. A loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle. He had a zest for life and everyone who knew Frank was touched by his charm, loving spirit and beautiful smile. Frank went to heaven on February 27, 2019. Frank resided in Cypress with his wife Lisa and daughter Alisha at the time of his passing. Frank had a passion and love for classic cars while giving back to his community by fundraising and support through his non-profit car club, (Brown Descents Car Club Assoc) Frank dedicated over 18 years as a leader for the County of Orange Public Works Department and was cherished by his colleagues. This is a huge loss to many, and we are all so grateful for the unique and special relationships he had with each of us.
