August 30, 1930 — May 15, 2018
Frances was wife to Henry Stratton Williams, M.D.. She is survived by three children, Mark, Paul & Bart.
Frances attended Bradley University, and UCLA, where she met her future husband Henry. She was an accomplished artist & calligrapher, and was active in many Medical Auxiliary Organizations. She was active in the Los Angeles Black community, and served as President of the Neighbors of Watts.
She was beloved by her large extended family, and those who knew her. She will be sorely missed.
