Frances was survived by 2 daughters Terri and Debby and a son Randy. She was a devoted grandmother and a wonderful Great grandmother. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Cathedral City, CA.. There is a Celebration of Life being held to honor Frances on June 30th at 5 :00p.m. at the Canyon clubhouse at 34400 Cathedral Canyon dr., Cathedral City,CA 92234.
