Floyd Wright Jr.

On Sunday, February 14, 2021, our Lord and Savior called home one of his children, Deacon Floyd Wright Jr. Deacon Wright was born in Toledo, Ohio, on December 24, 1940 and was the second youngest child of four. Deacon Wright was born to Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Wright senior. Floyd Wright had three beautiful children. His first-born was Darryl Christopher Wright. His second child was his only daughter, Karen Renee Wright, and his third child was Floyd Wright III. Deacon Wright adored his children and absolutely loved his family. Deacon Wright accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his savior as a teenager. Deacon Wright attended church and Sunday school with his Mommy because she was indeed one of the pioneers.
In 1966, he moved to Los Angeles where he fellowshipped with First Church of God under the leadership of Dr. Benjamin Reid. In 2007, Deacon Wright joined Indio Mt. Zion COGIC, under the leadership of Pastor Antwan Powels. Deacon Wright enjoyed leading the prayers and fellowshipping with his pastor and the saints.
We will never forget Deacon Wright.
He is survived by his 3 children; Darryl Christopher Wright, Karen Renee Wright, Floyd Wright III,
and 6 Grandchildren; Dion II, Brian, Ashley, Brittany, Breanna, and Karen.
