Fides Santiago Marquez, 66, born on February 21, 1951, in Manila, Philippines, passed away July 4, 2017. Our sincerest thanks to everyone for reaching out to Fides and our family, especially Fulton, not only at this time but throughout the many months when we needed your prayers and your friendship. We take comfort in that her last moment was in prayer and while the sky lit up with fireworks exploding from a nearby park. She was telling us to celebrate and be happy just as she was.
