Fernando Lopez Navejas

Fernando Lopez Navejas, 72, born on January 30, 1942, in Gomez Palacio, Mexico, passed away March 9, 2014. He resided in Los Angeles, California at the time of his passing.

He is survived by his four children: three sons, Fernando Jr., Fabian, Frederick and daughter, Fabiola (Philip); three granddaughters Felicia Renee, Julia Ivanna (Jason), Rhiannon; two siblings, Ernesto, Olga; scores of adoring nieces and nephews and his companion of over ten years, Juana. He is preceded in death by his wife, Maria and siblings Santiago, Rosa, Jose, Julia, Raul and Arturo.

Memorial Service will take place on Wednesday, March 19th, 2014 at 2:30pm - Church of Our Heritage. Interment will immediately follow at the Mausoleum of Christian Heritage - Sanctuary of Compassion. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Covina Hills, California.

The Navejas family expresses our heartfelt appreciation for your love and support. We are so honored to have been chosen to be Fernando Navejas's children and we rejoice with him that he has been reunited with his beloved Maria Navejas and his father Jose Navejas and mother Maria De Jesus Lopez.

We welcome you to join us at a reception following the memorial ceremony at the home of Maria and David Echavarria1624 West Delvale St. West Covina, CA 91790.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like to suggest donations in honor of Fernando L. Navejas be made at either the American Diabetes Association or Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Flowers and expressions of sentiment may be sent directly to Forest Lawn or at the home of the Echavarria family.
