Felix De Los Reyes Lacsamana

Felix de los Reyes Lacsamana of Burbank, California passed away on Monday, January 4, 2021 in his residence. He was Born in Pasay City, Philippines on November 20, 1924 to Manuel Lacsamana and Petronila de los Reyes Lacsamana. Felix was the third of the eleven children and the first to come to the United States.

In the Philippines, Felix worked in Manila making boxes for soda bottle companies in 1952. In 1953, he worked in Clark Air Base. He married Potenciana Manalang Lacsamana in 1953. At Clark Air Base, he was a member of the kitchen police and was promoted to baker then to kitchen accounting clerk. He worked at Clark Air Base for 30 years. In 1982, he went to Philadelphia to join his son Willie. He was a storekeeper in Philadelphia for 13 years at Hartzell Dining Hall. In 1995, he retired and moved to California with his wife to live with their daughter Noemi and her family in 1996.

Felix is survived by his loving wife Potenciana (Zeny), his children, and grandchildren: his son Wilfredo (deceased) and his wife Claire and their only son Duane and his wife Nicole and their children Giovanna, Isabella, Dominic, and Angelo; his son Meynardo and wife Edith and their two children Ces and Mafi (husband Joe) and their granddaughters Leisha and Artemisse; his son Jesus and his wife Leticia and their two children Luigi and Joy and their grandchildren Andrei and Jam; his only daughter Noemi and husband Archie and their children Kim, Kyla and Kendra; his son Edwin and wife Marlene; his son Arnel and his wife Rina; his son Dennis and wife Jhing and their children Megan and Ean; and his son Alan.

The funeral services will be held on February 5, 2021 at 9:30am at Forest Lawn, Hollywood Hills. A private service will be held with immediate family.
