Feliciano A. De Leon, 84, born on June 9, 1934 in Pagbilao, Philippines passed away November 11, 2018. He resided in Los Angeles, California at the time of his passing. An avid cook and gardener, he was also a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines, and worked for State Compensation Insurance Fund for 25 years. He is survived by his wife, Lolita; son, Anthony; daughter, Lourdes de Leon-Lange; son-in-law, Jeffrey Lange; and granddaughter, Jackelyn Ivey Lange. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Hollywood Hills. Open casket visitation will be held on Sunday, 11/18 from 1pm to 9pm at Forest Lawn. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, 11/19, 1:00pm at St. Francis of Assisi Church, with the burial service to follow immediately after at Forest Lawn.
