Farida Salib Girguis

Farida Salib Girguis, 77 years old -- beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister -- passed away August 19, 2018. She was born on April 18, 1941 in Minia, Egypt, and she resided in Fountain Valley, California at the time of her passing. She is survived by her husband Dr. Mounir R. Girguis, and her sons Peter and Samuel Girguis.

Farida was a servant of the Lord, and spread Christ's love to all whom she met. Her belief in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior was unshakable..

Farida practiced a life of service, kindness, and love: above all, love. Her goodness will always echo throughout the lives of everyone she loved. She did so much good in this world, and left it a bit brighter. She will be sorely missed each and every day, but now she is rejoicing in heaven without the struggles of this world.

The funeral ceremony will be at Archangel Michael Coptic Orthodox Church in Santa Ana, California on Friday August 24th at 11 AM. She will be interred at Forest Lawn in Cypress, California at approx. 1 PM that same day.
