Evelyn Francisco Broking, born in Olongapo City, Philippines and a 45-year resident of Eagle Rock, California passed away on October 8, 2023. She was 65 years old.

She was a source of inspiration to all who knew her. A dedicated educator for 32 years, serving as a teacher for the Los Angeles Unified School District, leaving an indelible impact on countless students.

One of Evelyn's most remarkable qualities was her unwavering positivity and joyful spirit. She had an infectious smile that brightened the lives of those around her. Evelyn had a generous and caring nature, always willing to lend a helping hand and provide comfort to those in need.

She is survived by her loving husband Dean and her children Alex and Matthew. She was a cherished sister to Manny and Tania, aunt to Eric, Natasha, Greg, and Doris, mother-in-law to Maryanne, grandma to Andrew, and great aunt to Ella and Aden.

Evelyn will be dearly missed and forever remembered by her family, friends, and countless lives she touched throughout her remarkable journey.
