Evangeline L. Badolato

Newton, NH:  Evangeline L. (Mastrogiovanni) Badolato, 92, a resident of Newton, NH for the past five years and formerly of Westwood and Natick, MA and Carneys Point, NJ, died on Wednesday, January 16, 2013, at home.

Born, raised, and educated in Philadelphia, PA, the daughter of the late Anthony and Sophie (Salerno) Mastrogiovanni, Mrs. Badolato was a housewife and homemaker and served briefly as a clerk for the city of Philadelphia.  She enjoyed playing cards with family and friends.

The wife of the late, Fiorie Badolato, who died in 2011, Mrs. Badolato is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Gregory G. Badolato of Natick and Michael J. and Lorri Badolato of Newton with whom she made her home as well as several nieces, and nephews.  

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Mrs. Badolato on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at 10:00 AM at Mary, Mother of the Church of Saint Luke the Evangelist Parish, Newton, NH.  Burial will take place on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at 1:45 PM at Veterans National Cemetery, Bourne, MA.
