Eugene Marvin Schwartz

Eugene Marvin Schwartz, 84, of Indio, Calif. passed away July 2, 2017 in San Marcos, Calif. He was born October 11, 1932 to Benjamin Schwartz and Ida Schwartz in Los Angeles, Calif. He married Liela Bramson on September 20, 1965 in Los Angeles. He was an attorney for over 45 years and formerly owned the famous BottleWorks Liquor store in Palm Springs, Calif. He is survived by spouse, Liela Schwartz of San Marcos; daughter, Jami Reff of Tacoma, Wash; sons, Edwin Schwartz of Carlsbad, Calif., Richard Widom of Los Angeles, Mark Schwartz of Renton, Wash; his14 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Shelley Ann Segall; grandson, Matthew Widom; Great Granddaughter, Shyanne Segall; and sister, Selma Shain. A funeral service will be held at 12:00p.m. on Saturday, July 8, 2017 at Forest Lawn Mortuary in Cathedral City, Calif. Interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Cathedral City. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn Cathedral City.
