Erwin Ladao Labasan was born on April 24, 1963, in Zambales, Philippines, to Justiniano Villanueva Labasan and Fedilina Ladao Labasan.
He attended Dolores Street Elementary, Carnegie Junior High School, Carson Senior High School and graduated at Cal State Long Beach with a Bachelors Degree in Business. He then married his beautiful wife Rosemarie and had their son Christopher Justin Labasan. He worked at Los Angeles County of Education for 31 years. He enjoyed volleyball, photography, fishing, traveling with families, and going to the casino. He was involved in The Knights of Columbus at St.Philomena and served as a Eucharistic Minister.
He passed away at the age of 61 on September 26, 2024. He resided in Carson, CA at the time of his passing. He is survived by his wife, son, his brother, 3 sisters, 3 nephews,6 nieces and 2 dogs. He was loved by all. Arrangements are under the care of Forest Lawn, Cypress, CA.
