Erminia Alzalde

Erminia Alzalde, 53, born on August 17, 1968, in Palm Springs, CA, United States, passed away April 21, 2022. She resided in Cathedral City, CA at the time of her passing. A loving and caring daughter, sister and aunt, she has only been known to be kind and generous, with a pride for family rarely, if ever, seen.

Mina's loyalty and commitment can be easily recognized through her long careers with Target and Kohl's. Disneyland and a concert, were only a ticket away, in Mina's eyes. If family was in town to visit, she was a personal tour guide. She is known to be giving, but there are truly no gifts equal to the time and attention we were blessed to receive.

She is preceded in death by her parents Leandro and Leandra Alzalde, siblings Benjamin and Margarita, nephews Anthony Alzalde and Francisco Bucio and her grandparents Dario and Maria Gonzales. As well as stepsiblings Melissa Hunter and Lindy Alzalde.

She is survived by five brothers, Leandro Jr. (Mary) of Wauwatosa, Wis, Benjamin and Manuel of Cathedral City, Juan of Palm Desert, Dario of Cathedral City; and five sisters, Consuelo of Sky Valley, Crisanta, Yolanda and Margarita Bucio (Salvador), of Cathedral City, and Maria Callison (Marty) of Thousand Palms, and many nieces and nephews.

A viewing will be on Thursday May 5th at Forest Lawn in Cathedral City from 9a.m to 10a.m., with services from 10a.m. to 11a.m at Forest Lawn with burial at Desert Memorial Park, Cathedral City.
