Boscawen, NH: Eric J. Moses, 33 of Boscawen and former longtime resident of Sandown, NH, died on December 30, 2014 following a long courageous struggle with addiction.

Born in Exeter, NH, son of Brett E. and Jeanne M. (Arsenault) Moses, Eric was raised and educated in Sandown and attended Sandown Elementary School and Timberlane Regional Middle School. He graduated with the Class of 2000 from Timberlane Regional High School, where he was a member of the wrestling and football teams.

Eric was most recently employed as a technician for Northeast Upfitter in Hooksett, NH. He had also been employed as a landscaper, excavator, and hardscaper for local contractors.

"An adventure looking for a place to happen", Eric was full of life. He was devoted to his dog "Lola" and enjoyed writing poetry, snowboarding, and snowmobiling. A talented artist in graffiti, oils, pastels, and charcoal, Eric was also an avid B.M.X bike racer. He had many friends and among the best were his two younger brothers, with whom he shared a very special bond.

He is survived by his parents, Brett E. and Jeanne M. (Arsenault) Moses of Brownsville, ME, two brothers, Brian J. Moses and his girlfriend Sarah Gagnon of Manchester, and Shawn A. Moses and his fiancé Caitlyn Mitchell of Danville, his paternal grandparents, Ed and Marilyn (Peterson) Moses of Danville, his maternal grandparents, Edward and Donna (LeFave) Arsenault of Raymond, NH, his "Lakeview Crew" in Sandown, his Homestead Crew in Boscawen especially, Kristine Paquette and Val Snyder, his "Brothers" at the Homestead, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Relatives and friends may call on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, Route 121A, Plaistow, NH. Eric's funeral service will be private.
