Emilio Ebalo Hebron

Emilio Ebalo Hebron, 65, born on September 17, 1953, in Candelaria, Zambales, Philippines, passed away September 13, 2019. He resided in Long Beach, CA at the time of his passing. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Cypress, California.

He is survived by his wife Clemencia Elefane Hebron; daughter Michel Elefane Francisco and her husband Dudley Francisco and grandson Maddox Emilio Francisco; daughter April Elefane Hebron and her boyfriend Steven Anthony Caluag; and honorary son Darrell Arroyo-Garmon and his husband Carlos Arroyo; and many loving nieces, nephews, and relatives.

Emilio, also known as Leo by friends and family, recently retired at the age of 65 from his career as a Chemical technician for more than 20+ years. He enjoyed carpentry, crafting, gardening and pier fishing. He was celebrated for his cooking and witty sense of humor. Leo will be remembered in the neighborhood for his elaborate Christmas light display every year. Leo was always willing to help friends and family with household projects, as well as preparing and attending CZA-USA events with wife Clemen. He was known for his philanthropic work for family both local and abroad. Leo was always known for his hats, his relaxed and practical sense of style, as well as his red Chuck Taylors.

Funeral service will be held at 9:30am, Saturday, October 5th at the Patriots Chapel Forest Lawn Cypress; 4471 Lincoln Ave. Cypress, CA 90630. The burial will follow soon after in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
Friends and Family may visit Thursday October 3rd from 10:00am-9:00pm and Friday October 4th 10:00am-9:00pm in the Hope Chapel of Forest Lawn Cypress.
