Emil Joseph Arzoo

Emil Joseph Arzoo ( "Emil J. Arzoo" ), 87 years young, was born on August 2, 1932.

He resided throughout the greater Los Angeles area for the majority of his life, living and achieving his most magnificent of dreams and pursuits, then, eventually peacefully passing in his hometown of Glendale, California on October 21, 2019, amidst his most beloved family.

Emil spent time studying at the University of California, Berkeley (Cal), in Northern California's Bay Area. He then relocated to Los Angeles, where he graduated from the University of Southern California (USC), with a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering.

Emil went on to receive his Masters of Science in Computers and Digital Electronics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), completing courses for a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at UCLA, as well as a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electronics and Telecommunications.

He spent his professional years working in aeronautics, paving the way to putting humankind on the moon. Emil also worked on numerous aeronautics programs, while pioneering cultural, societal and humanitarian efforts in his community for decades.

He was a man of God, of Christianity and the Armenian heritage, as well as a man of Science.

Remarkably, Emil was an athlete, a medalist. He was active in athletics throughout his entire life, and won dozens of medals in track, swimming, and bodybuilding competitions.

Emil J. Arzoo was a man of extraordinary stature.

His memoriam will be held at Forest Lawn, in the Hollywood Hills of California.
