Elwyn Edward Wilson

Elwyn "Ed" Edward Wilson, 95, born on April 24, 1925, in Ogden, Utah, USA, passed away December 9, 2020. He resided in West Hills, CA at the time of his passing. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Cypress, California.

Ed was a veteran of World War II and saw combat during the Battle of Iwo Jima. Ed married Marilyn Pardee after his return from the War. Ed and Marilyn had two sons, Craig and Scott, and a daughter Susan. Susan is the only surviving child. Ed is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty-six great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. Ed spent most of his career in Telecommunications in the employ of GTE (General Telephone and Electronics), rose up through the ranks, and retired as a Vice President of the California Company.

Ed was a loving Father, Husband, Grandfather, and family man. He was an outstanding provider and was always willing to help. Ed was a generous man in many ways, even arranging and providing for family reunions. He loved all his family dearly and they loved him, and he will be dearly missed.
