Elizabeth Chinen Hagan, 46, born on June 15, 1968, in Los Angeles, California passed away on December 2, 2014. Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Claude "CJ" Hagan; daughters: Heidi and Kelly; her parents Luis and Reina Chinen; sisters, Daisi, Maria Elena "Nena", and Cyndi; and many other loved ones, family members and friends. She was a lifelong resident of Burbank, California, at the time of her passing. She was affectionately known as "Lisa" and was a JBHS graduate of 1986.

Lisa enjoyed her career as a registered nurse for nearly twenty years at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles, where she developed many friendships and considered co-workers her second family.

SERVICE WILL BE HELD ON SATURDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2014 - Viewing at 12pm followed by her memorial service at 12:30pm. "Church of the Hills" - Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills, 6300 Forest Lawn Drive, Los Angeles, California.
