Elias Gamil, 91, born on November 17, 1922, in Alexandria, Egypt, passed away March 13, 2014. He lost his loving wife Marie of 69 years a year and a half ago. Elias and Marie set an example of true love and sacrifice for their children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. He is survived by his sons Selim (wife Suzy), Joseph (wife Maro), daughters Lucie (husband Hrayr) and Layla (husband Hagop), eight grandchildren: George, Robert, Gayane, Louisa, Hasmig, Vazrig, Christina, and Tiffany, seven great grandchildren: Elizabeth, Robert, Ani, Brigitte, Armen, Joe and Anthony. He resided in Van Nuys, California at the time of his passing. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Hollywood Hills, California.
