Elga Argentina Garcia, nuestra querida madre y abuela, partió a su eterno descanso el 23 de abril de 2022, en Canyon Country, CA. Dios le brindó su deseo de "quedar dormidita", en su casita, y rodeada de seres queridos. Elga, hija de Alfonso Gutierrez y Graciela Martinez, nació en 1933 en Managua, Nicaragua y creció junto a sus 5 hermanos y 4 hermanas. Aunque solamente tuvo una educación primaria, ella era una ávida lectora y le encantaba hacer Busca Palabras. Su incomparable belleza enamoró a Alfonso Garcia, su esposo por 54 años. A sus 88 años, Elga fue bendecida con cuatro generaciones de descendientes y sobrevivió a su esposo, dos hijos, y 8 hermanos. Elga es sobrevivida por sus hijas: Maria, Rosy, Ivette, y Karla; por 17 nietos, 36 bisnietos, y 5 tataranietos.

Elga Argentina Garcia, our dear mother and grandmother, passed to her eternal rest on April 23, 2022, in Canyon Country, CA. She passed away peacefully in her home while surrounded by loved ones. Elga, the daughter of Alfonso Gutierrez and Graciela Martinez, was born in 1933 in Managua, Nicaragua and grew up with her 5 brothers and 4 sisters. Although she only had an elementary education, she was an avid reader and loved doing Word Searches. Her incomparable beauty captured the heart of Alfonso Garcia, her husband of 54 years. At 88 years old, Elga was blessed with four generations of descendants and she survived her husband, two sons, and 8 siblings. Elga is survived by her daughters: Maria, Rosy, Ivette, and Karla; 17 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
