Sandown, NH: Eleanor Mae (Hebb) Menard, 73, of Sandown and longtime former resident of Andover, MA died on September 30, 2013 at the Parkland Medical Center in Derry.

Born, raised, and educated in Medford, MA, daughter of the late Lawson and Helen (Nicoll) Hebb, she graduated from Medford High School with the Class of 1958. She worked as a customer service representative for the William Zeiler Co. and then for the Barbara Zeiler Co. She most recently enjoyed being a housewife and homemaker.

Mrs. Menard was a devoted grandmother and enjoyed knitting, jigsaw puzzles, and computer games.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Robert A. Menard, a son David R. Menard and his wife Glen of Milford, a daughter, Lisa M. Butler and her husband Brian of Sandown, and two grandchildren, Brianna Butler and Kyle Butler. She is predeceased by her twin brother, Elwood Hebb.

Relatives and friends may call on Thursday, October 3, 2013 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, Route 121A, Plaistow. Her funeral service will take place on Friday, October 4, 2013 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Center Cemetery, Sandown. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 22718, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73123.
