Haverhill, MA: Eleanor F. (Levesque) Boucher, 79, of Haverhill died on Thursday, December 5, 2013 at the Anna Jacques Hospital in Newburyport, MA.

Born, raised, and educated in Haverhill, daughter of the late Arthur and Elsie (Marceau) Levesque, she attended local schools.

Mrs. Boucher worked for AT&T in food services and also operated a dog grooming service with her late husband, Donald. She was a member of St. James Parish and the Italian Serenaders. Known to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whom she loved babysitting, as "Nana Boo", she was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She enjoyed working is her yard and gardening. She loved traveling with her family and also enjoyed family times at Province Lake and the beach.

She was predeceased by her husband, Donald E. Boucher, and is survived by her two sons, Paul E. Boucher of Haverhill, and Peter D. Boucher and his wife Marcy of East Kingston, NH, her daughters and sons-in-law, Deborah A. and Daniel Dastoli of Salisbury Beach, and Catherine F. and Ronald Nickerson of Atkinson, NH, her brother, Rene Levesque of Tewksbury, her sisters, Dorothy Levesque of West Peabody, and Elsie "Bunny" Royer of Port St. Louis, FL, and Carol Pennick of Edenton, NC, ten grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her brother, Arthur P. "Cookie" Levesque, whom she raised from the age of five.

Relatives and friends may call on Monday, December 9, 2013 from 3 to 7 p.m. at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, Route 121A, Plaistow, NH. Her funeral service will begin on Tuesday at 9 a.m. from the funeral home with a Mass of Christian Burial to take place at 10 a.m. at St. James Church, Haverhill. Burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Dana Farber Breast Cancer Fund, 450 Brookline Avenue, Boston, MA 02215.
