She is survived by her husband of sixty years U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Ret. Relatives and friends may attend Mrs. Yurik?s Life Celebration on Wednesday May 3 2017 from 10AM to 12 PM at Brookside Chapel Funeral Home 116 Main St. Plaistow NH. A Funeral Service will follow at 12:15 PM at the funeral home. Donations may be made to the Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy 401 Hackensack Avenue 9th Floor Hackensack NJ 07601.
