It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Eladia, who passed away at her home on April 6, 2025. She was a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend, and her vibrant spirit will be profoundly missed by all who knew her.

Eladia was born on September 17, 1949, in Ocotlán, Jalisco, Mexico. She was united in marriage for 56 years to Edward Carbajal, with whom she shared a loving life and raised five children: Edward Jr., Esmeralda, Eldia, Elena, and Ernesto. Eladia’s greatest joy was her family, and she found immense happiness in being a wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. Her love for her children and grandchildren was boundless, and she was a constant source of warmth and support to all of them.

Eladia had a remarkable passion for life. As a talented hairstylist, she was dedicated to her craft and loved bringing beauty and confidence to those she worked with. Eladia found great joy in shopping, cooking, and spending time with her family. She was known for her infectious energy, radiant smile, and a joyful spirit that lit up every room she entered. Her laughter and positive energy were truly one of a kind.

Her family and friends will always remember her for her kindness, generosity, and the love she so freely gave. Eladia’s legacy of warmth, joy, and unconditional love will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Arrangements are under the care of Forest Lawn, Hollywood Hills, CA.
Visitation: Thursday, April 17th, 5-9pm
Funeral: Friday, April 18th, at 12pm

Con profundo pesar, anunciamos el fallecimiento de nuestra querida Eladia, quien falleció en su hogar el 6 de abril de 2025. Fue una esposa, madre, abuela, tía y amiga muy querida, y su espíritu vibrante será profundamente extrañado por todos los que la conocieron.

Eladia nació el 17 de septiembre de 1949, en Ocotlán, Jalisco, México. Estuvo unida en matrimonio durante 56 años con Edward Carbajal, con quien compartió una vida llena de amor y criaron a cinco hijos: Edward Jr., Esmeralda, Eldia, Elena y Ernesto. La mayor alegría de Eladia era su familia, y encontraba una inmensa felicidad siendo esposa, madre, abuela, tía y amiga. Su amor por sus hijos y nietos no tenía límites, y fue una fuente constante de calor y apoyo para todos ellos.

Eladia tenía una pasión extraordinaria por la vida. Como una talentosa estilista, se dedicó a su oficio y amaba brindar belleza y confianza a aquellos con los que trabajaba. Eladia encontraba gran alegría en ir de compras, cocinar y pasar tiempo con su familia. Era conocida por su energía contagiosa, su sonrisa radiante y su espíritu alegre que iluminaba cada habitación en la que entraba. Su risa y energía positiva eran verdaderamente únicas.
