Mrs. Efigenia C. Sangalang, 94, born on September 21, 1924, in Tiaong, Quezon, Philippines, passed away December 4, 2018. She resided in Los Angeles, California at the time of her death. She is survived by her 11 chidren, 18 grandchilden & 2 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Mrs. Dulce C. Bartolome of San Diego, CA and numerous loving & caring relatives.
