Eduardo Esparza Garcia, also known as Nelo, born on April 30, 1991, in Modesto, CA, United States, passed away July 21, 2020. He grew up in Chicago, IL and joined the Navy when he was 18 years old. Through his Naval career, he was able to obtain a Bachelor's degree at the University of Phoenix in Criminal Justice. He resided in Menifee, CA at the time of his passing. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Covina Hills, California. Services to honor the life of Nelo will be August 15th at 1pm, held at Forest Lawn, Covina Hills, California.
