Edmund Charles Fuentes

Edmund Charles Fuentes, 33, was born in Pomona on October 10, 1986. He passed away suddenly in his Pomona home of a pulmonary embolism in the early morning of September 19, 2020.
Edmund, (Ed, Eddie, Big Ed, Emmy), attended San Marino Schools, and earned a B.A. degree in in Psychology from Cal State Fullerton with the goal of becoming a psychologist.
In his relatively short life, he has completed a better bucket list than people twice his age. He is an accomplished traveler. Canada, China, Japan, Australia, Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Ireland to Italy, East and West Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Yugoslavia, the Middle East (Turkey, Israel, Jordan, and Egypt) and Mexico were some of his destinations -- some before he was five years-old.
Edmund has an opinion about everything happening on the planet. He has an extensive vocabulary and knows how to use it. His friends all over the world love to hear what Edmund has to say. People are drawn to him -- strangers and friends.
He knows so much and has an opinion about politics, movies, actors and actresses, novels, comic books, sports teams ("Go Lakers!" "Go Dodgers!" "Go Rams!").
Carl Sagan and Abraham Lincoln are his personal heroes. But most of all he loves his family: Mom (Lou Ann), Dad (Lionel), Sister (Arianna), and cats Mickey and Loca.
We will miss with every cell of being. God speed, Edmund. Apparently, God has a plan for you. You will dwell in our hearts and minds forever. Until we meet again.
