Edgar Villamon Javier (1953-2025)
Edgar “Guy” Villamon Javier, 72, passed away on Thursday, October 16th, 2025.
Guy was born in Manila, Philippines on September 15, 1953 to Alberto Javier Jr. and Elisa Villamon Javier. He finished Mechanical Engineering at the University of the Philippines Diliman and joined Upsilon Sigma Phi in 1974.
He is survived by his wife, Remy; daughters Frances (husband Will, daughter Elle) and Julia (husband Connor); and brothers Alberto and Adonis.
Memorial services will be on Friday, November 7th, 2025 at Forest Lawn Cypress, Church of Our Fathers, 4471 Lincoln Ave, Cypress, CA 90630. The first viewing service is from 5:00-6:00PM, followed by Upsilon Sigma Phi FNR from 6:00-6:30PM. Afterwards, there will be a mass from 6:30-7:00PM, followed by a second viewing from 7:00-9:00PM.
