Earline Frost Shields, 94, of Palm Springs, Calif. passed away October 13, 2013 in Palm Springs of natural causes. She was born June 29, 1919 in Scottsville, Ky. She married Raymond Shields on October 15, 1938 in Scottsville. She was a Nurses Aid for six years and was very active in her community church. She is survived by her son, Gordon Shields of Newport Beach, Calif.; her daughter-in-law Mimy, Shields; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Shields. A funeral service will be held at 9 am on Monday, November 4, 2013, at Forest Lawn Mortuary, Cathedral City, Calif. Forest Lawn Memorial Parks & Mortuaries.
