"Mom" passed Feb 15, 2013 at the age of 88 years. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her for her kindness, generosity, and sweet nature. Dorothy May (Vigier) Steiner was born on July 20, 1924 in Slidell, Louisiana, to Louis Hildabert Vigier and Leona Josephine Thoulian-Vigier. Mom is survived by her four children, Janone Salcido (Koji Shimohara), Fredrick Steiner Jr. (Joanne), Valerie Marshall (Michael), and Stephan Steiner (Theresa), 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. A Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 28, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Mortuary, Covina Hills. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 1, 2013 at 11:30 a.m. at the Church of Our Heritage, Forest Lawn Mortuary, Covina Hills, 21300 Via Verde Dr., Covina, CA 91724.
