Dolores Harris (née Izabal), 76, passed away peacefully on October 28, 2024, in Glendale, California. Born on December 24, 1947, in Los Angeles, Dolores was known for her quick wit, sharp sense of humor, and a spirit that lit up any room. She brought warmth, laughter, and joy to all who knew her.

Dolores is survived by her husband of 54 years, Al Harris, and her three children: Jackie Rudge (and her husband, Mark), Matt Harris (and his husband, Adam Rogers), and Lisa Harris. Her three adored grandchildren, Marion Govednik, Javier Harris-Rogers, and Marcel Harris-Rogers, each held a special place in her heart and brought her immense pride and joy.

She is also survived by her siblings, William Izabal (and his wife, Judy, and former spouse, Sue), Martha Serrano (widow of Peter), Robert Izabal, and Beatriz Jacobson (and her husband, Art). Dolores was predeceased by her parents, Dolores and Guillermo Izabal, and her brother, Juan Izabal. Her love and legacy will continue to live on in those who loved her.

Dolores loved Hawaii, had a soft spot for slot machines, and took great pleasure in collecting beautiful jewelry. She was a devoted wife, a caring mother, and a beloved grandmother. Her humor, resilience, and radiant personality will be forever cherished by her family and friends.

A celebration of Dolores’s life will be held at Forest Lawn in Glendale, California, where arrangements have been made with care. Her family invites all who knew her to remember her laughter, her warmth, and the countless happy memories she leaves behind. Dolores will be dearly missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those she touched.
