It is with deep sorrow and immense love that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Dionisia “Baby” Yandoc, 77, of Baldwin Park California, who passed away surrounded by her two sons on November 18, 2025. A true warrior, Baby fought with courage and grace until the very end, and her strength was an inspiration to all who knew her.
Baby was born on October 9, 1948, in San Roque, Santo Thomas, Batangas, Philippines. Cherished mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Baby touched the lives of all who knew her with her kindness, strength and unwavering love. She is also a fighter in every sense of the word, bravely battled congestive heart failure with a strength that amazes us all. Though her body grew weak, her spirit never faltered, and her will to live was unmatched. She fought this battle not just for herself, but for those she loved, showing us what true resilience looks like.
While a weakened heart may have taken a toll on her body, it could never take away her love, her joy, or her beautiful soul. Baby had an infectious smile, a heart full of kindness, and a deep love for her family. Her legacy will live on in the lessons she taught us about strength, love, and the importance of never giving up.
Baby was preceded in death by her father, Antonio; her mother Teodocia; her sister Purificasion; and her brother Eriberto. She is survived by her two sons, Jeff and Michael; her granddaughter Caitlynn; her siblings Alfredo, Mario, and Sevilla; and countless loved ones who will forever carry her memory and spirit in their hearts.
We will carry her strength with us always, and her love will remain our guiding light.
Please join us for a celebration of life in loving memory of Dionisia Rocas Yandoc. Viewing will be at Forest Lawn in Covina Hills on December 2nd and 3rd, 2025. Inurnment will be held on December 10th, 2025, for immediate family only.
