Our beloved mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend Dionicia (Nicha) passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones on August 20, 2026, in Burbank, California. Nicha was a very strong-willed and independent woman who enjoyed helping others. Throughout her amazing and sometimes challenging journey of 94 years, she touched many lives with her wisdom, humor, and her spirit of perseverance. She made Glendale, California her home for the majority of her adult life. She will be greatly missed and forever remembered. A memorial service celebrating Dionicia's extraordinary life will be held on September 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Forest Lawn in Glendale, California.

Nicha fue una mujer de gran fortaleza e independencia a quien le gustaba ayudar a los demás. A lo largo de su extraordinaria y, a veces, desafiante trayectoria de 94 años, tocó muchas vidas con su sabiduría, su sentido del humor y su espíritu de perseverancia.
