Dinh Van Nguyen

Dinh Van Nguyen, 63, born on March 18, 1949, in Hanoi, Vietnam, passed away May 7, 2012. Dinh's parents were Mr. Nguyen Van Dai and Mrs. Nguyen-Khoa Dieu-Lieu. He grew up in Vietnam with three siblings, Dieu Quynh, Dieu Ha, and Qui Duc. After moving to the United States, in 1967, he earned both a Bachelor and Master's Degree from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.
Dinh and Rebecca First were married in 1971. During their marriage they have resided in Toledo, Ohio, Williamsville, NY, San Carlos, CA and Glendale, CA. They have a son, Don Van, a daughter-in-law, Larissa Hinshaw, and an eight year old grandson, Ethan Nicholas.
Dinh had a long career in healthcare and most recently had an independent consulting business, Healthcare Compliance Solutions, LLC.
Dinh is survived by his wife, son, daughter-in-law, grandson, sister, Dieu Ha and brother, Qui Duc.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the ALS Association.
