Diane Pomo

Diane Pomo, 68, of Orange County California passed away May 23, 2026.  She was born on October 22, 1957 to Harry P Pomo and Vivian C Pomo in Pasadena, CA.  She graduated from San Gabriel Mission High School in 1975.  She received her diploma in Surgical Technology from the Institute of Medical Studies.  

Diane worked as a Certified Surgical Technologist and Certified First Surgical Assistant at Garfield Medical Center.  She then became Director of Surgical Technology at Concorde Career College in North Hollywood.  

In 1994 Diane married David Barackman and had her son, Daniel James Barackman, the light of her life. 

In 2020, Diane became a Certified Licensed Professional Fiduciary and Certified National Guardian and was a member of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California.  

The two things Diane enjoyed the most in her life were spending time with her wonderful son, Daniel and gliding across the ballroom dance floor to the waltz or the foxtrot.  

Her funeral will be held in Patriot’s Chapel at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, 4471 Lincoln, Cypress Ca.  with a luncheon to follow.   Please RSVP to David Barackman 909-248-8178.
