Demetri Zafiris, 90, born on December 27, 1933, in Flint, MI, United States, passed away July 06, 2024. He resided in Northridge, CA at the time of his passing. Demetri is survived by his two children Lea Evonne Newton and Nicholas Demetri Zafiris, and his grandchildren Tom & Ted. Born in Flint Michigan in the 30’s it’s no surprise Demetri’s passion was cars. He caught the car bug as a child and it stayed with him until the day he died. Always gregarious with an infectious laugh that could be heard across the room Demetri will be sorely missed. May his memory be eternal. Funeral services for Demetri will be held Friday, July 19th at 2:30 PM. Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills - The Old North Church.Arrangements are under the care of Forest Lawn, Hollywood Hills, CA.
