David Dean Robertson

David D. Robertson, 61, passed away on April 4, 2013, at the Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, California. Born on June 5, 1951 in Fort Dodge, Iowa, David spent most of his life in California, with his parents Diane & Roy Robertson. Upon graduating from Rancho Alamitos High School in 1961, David began working as a carpenter in the union and he later went on to work along side his father at Robertson & Son's Construction as a acoustical ceiling architect for 17 years. David spent his time from 1998-2010 as a Little League Coach for the Desert Hot Springs League. Throughout his years, David was always thankful for the wonderful friends and fond memories he made. He enjoyed teaching children how to play baseball as a coach and working on his hot rod cars. But most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family. David is survived by his wife of 33 years, Kelly Robertson, his two daughters, Jessica Parson and Vanessa Robertson, his seven grand children, Devin Robertson, Donavin Robertson, Dominic Session, Davon Robertson, Jace Talavera, Jaylin Robertson and Nevaeh Robertson, and his great grand daughter, Arianna Robertson. David was extremely proud of his family and was a loving husband, father, papa and friend to all.
