David Ortiz Montes, 72, born on December 29, 1948, in Sahuayo, Michoacan, Mexico, to David and "Cuca" Montes. Passed away February 10, 2021. He resided in Anaheim, CA at the time of his passing. He married Esperanza Montes on August 2nd 1975 in Sahuayo, Michoacan. The day after getting married he brought his new wife to California. Where you continued to live and raise his family. He owned S.J.D Mobile Truck Service and D&M Trucking. David lived life to the fullest, playing and watching baseball, visiting his beloved Sahuayo, spending time with family, eating and drinking. He made friends everywhere he went. He is survived by his wife Esperanza; his children Jorge, David, Rosie, and Cesar; his grandchildren Raquel, Cristian, Adriana and Adam; brothers, Jorge, Jose and Sergio; sisters Chole, Esperanza, Lupe, Josie and Mago; and plenty of nieces nephews and cousins. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Cypress, California.
