David Ceren

David Ceren, 83, born on August 04, 1939, in San Juan Opico, El Salvador, passed away April 16, 2023. He resided in West Covina, CA at the time of his passing.

Arrangements are under the care of Forest Lawn, Covina Hills, CA.

David was full of joy, love and peace.  His greatest joys were his wife Elizabeth, and his his five children; Maia, Sergio, Klavdia, Liliana, and David Jr.  He was a hard worker, often taking extra shifts clocking 60-80 hrs a week without complaining in order to provide for his family.

His love was reflected in his kindess to others and his uncanny ability to see the good in them.  He loved helping others without expecting anything in return.

He was an avid reader, a trait that spilled over to his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He loved listening to Dixieland,Big Band, 50’s Rock n’ Roll, Classical,Cuban and Spanish music.

David, with Elizabeth as his companion, was a world traveler who fulfilled his dream of visiting some of the beautiful and exotic places he’d read about in National Geographics, as a young boy in  El Salvador.

His wife Elizabeth, his children, grandchildren, and great- grandchildren will miss him dearly.  They will hold on to these wonderful memories that will bring smiles to their faces and music to their ears when they hear his favorite songs.
