Danny O'Neil Covin

Danny O'Neil Covin, 68, born on August 1, 1948, in Gilmer, Texas, passed away January 4, 2017. Danny was the most loving, giving & thoughtful man. He lived for his family and was extremely proud of everything they did. He loved to fish, camp, dove hunt, play cards, and attend all of his children's and grandchildren's sporting events. To know him was to love him. He resided in Garden Grove, California at the time of his passing. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Cypress, California. Survived by his loving Wife, Diana Covin, Son, Michael Covin, Daughter, Michelle Hvitved, Mother, Frances Stephens, Grandson's Parker & Nixon, Granddaughters Cheyenne, Kacey & Hannah, numerous other family members, and many friends.

A Light is Gone

A light is from our household gone,
A voice we loved is stilled.
A place is vacant in our home
Which never can be filled.

We have to mourn the loss of one
We did our best to save.
