Consuelo "Connie" Nava Tolentino was born on January 09, 1950. She passed away in her home of more than 30 years on May 07, 2026, with her loving son by her side. Born in Lucena City, Philippines, Connie was a devoted wife to the late Reynaldo Tolentino. She is tenderly remembered by her son, Vincent Norman, and her stepsons, Paolo Miguel, Antonio Rafael, daughter-in-law Cristine, and her cherished grandchildren Marcus Tyler and Madison Riley. She is also survived by grandchildren from her stepson Enrico Raul (+) and son Mark Josef Perez, from a previous marriage. Connie's love, strength, stories, and deep faith will live on in the hearts of her children and grandchildren forever. 

Connie was a beloved employee of Los Angeles County Child Support Services where she served with dedication and compassion for many years.

She now rests in the light of Christ, welcomed home by the saints, the angels, and the family she held so dearly in her heart.
