Mrs. Consolacion Mabbayad, born August 3, 1924 in the Philippines, passed away December 4, 2016. She resided in Palm Springs, CA at the time of her passing. She was predeceased by her husband Juan Mabbayad and her daughter Norma. She is survived by her children Corazon, Jesus, Lorna, Gloria, Melly, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In her years, she was a seamstress, dressmaker and homemaker. She enjoyed gardening, cooking her home-grown vegetables and making traditional Filipino dishes. Throughout her life, she dedicated her time towards raising her grandchildren. She was known as "Mamang" to her family. To her friends and extended family she was known as "Cholly" or "Aunty Conching". She was very loving and caring towards her family. Her door was always open for words of advice and guidance for anyone who needed her help. Mamang will always be remembered forever in our hearts.
