Consolacion Sengson Cross

Connie S. Cross, 61, of West Hills, California passed away on Sunday, June 9, 2013.

Born September 2, 1951 in Manila, Philippines, she was the daughter of the late Carlos Vitocruz and Vicenta Sengson Vitocruz. She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Pierce Lee Cross; her son, Eric Joseph, and daughter, Katherine Marie.

Connie was the most devoted mother, a loving wife, a loyal sister, a kind daughter, and a dedicated friend. She committed her life to the teaching profession for over forty years where she found fulfillment and gratification. She was an active parishioner at her home parish at St. Bernardine of Siena and modeled her life according to the teachings of the Catholic Church. She touched the lives of those whose paths she crossed, from her students to her friends. She will be truly missed and forever remembered.

Viewing will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2013 between 5:00PM to 9:00PM followed by a remembrance service on Friday, June 14, at Church of the Hills from 6:30PM to 8:00PM at Forest Lawn in Hollywood Hills.

The funeral mass will follow at 10:00AM on Saturday, June 15, 2013, at St. Bernardine of Siena Catholic Church in Woodland Hills, California and her final resting place will be at Forest Lawn in Hollywood Hills.
