Conrad Remare

Conrad passed away in December 2018.

Conrad was a resident of Beverly, New Hampshire at the time of passing.

Born in Beverly, he was the son of the late Carlo and Irena (Diappoloni) Remare and graduated from Beverly High School.

Conrad was a beloved father, grandfather, uncle, loyal friend, and intrepid sailor "It's not a boat; It's a ship." From 1943 to 1945, he served in the US Navy in WW II aboard aircraft carriers USS Bogue CVE-9 in the Atlantic and then aboard the USS San Jacinto CVL-30 in the Pacific, earning the WW II Victory Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Ribbon, American Area Ribbon, Presidential Unit Citation, Asiatic-Pacific Ribbon and the Philippine Liberation Ribbon.
