Concordia dela Cruz Celino was born December 16,1931 in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte,PHilippines. Passed away peacefully @ home with family in Elk Grove, CA on October 16,2019. Preceded in death by parents, Victorino Guillermo Dela Cruz and Faustina Domingo Bayang, siblings Cornelio Sr ( Tomasa Agpaoa), Alejandra ( Baltazar Burigsay), Cipriano( Faustina Asejo) and husband Tomas Celso Celino. Survived by her youngest brother Brigido ( Visitacion Pedrosa), adult children Retired RN Teodora Agnes (Johnnie Pugh), FNP Janet ( Darlito Gacuya Sr),Retired PH Major General Joel ( Maria Aurora Celino) and Engineer Ariel ( Cynthia Celino), grandchildren John Thomas Celino Tabencki, Nadia May and Johanna Crystal Celino Pugh, Andrew, Isabella and Alexandra Celino Gacuya, John Maurice Riego de Dios and Patricia Joelle Gante Celino, Cyrel Joseph (Iris Novencido) and Cedric Aaron Alcantara Celino, relatives and friends both here and overseas.
The removable of her remains and embalming was done by Affordable Cremation and Funeral Center of Sacramento. According to their previous arrangements for final interment after Holy Mass and funeral services at Forest Lawn In Covina Hills, CA next to her deceased husband, Tomas will be followed.
The deceased family wish to thank everyone who had extended help at any forms and ways to keep our mother's passing comfortable and with dignity. The family gives special thanks to Doctors Jason Chang, Angela Jiang and Glenn Yui and staff for their compassionate care and empathy, and to Ms. Jeanette Moreno, Mrs Lisa Gormley and Mrs Jesusa Nagtalon for the wonderful Respite care of Nanay.
Please help us pray for the repose of her soul to rest in peace and transition to the greater afterlife with her Creator.
