Concepcion Arguelles Hernandez

Concepcion Arguelles Hernandez passed away peacefully in her sleep surrounded by Family on May 20, 2014. She was born December 8, 1937 in San Benito, Texas. She is survived by her husband of 58 Blissful years, Antonio Garcia Hernandez. She gave birth to 6 daughters, who gave her 33 grandchildren, who in turn gave her 24 great grandchildren. Daughters are Olivia Ramos, Belia Zabalza, Ninfa Avina, Elvia Hernandez, Sylvia Hernandez, and Sandra Hernandez. Daughter Belia and grandson Felix Martin Garcia preceded her in death. She met her future husband Antonio in a little restaurant in San Benito, Texas, and from that day forward they were never apart, from working side by side in the fields together, to raising their many children and grandchildren and great grandchildren, to the last days staying by each others side for comfort and support in their hospital beds, whenever illness struck either one. She was Strong beyond measure, her Faith unbreakable, her Love unconditional. When she finally let go, she did so with the same wholehearted Love and Faith she gave all her life, to her last words saying she loved All her family, that God was Good. And her husband gave her one last kiss, when her eyes closed for the last time to rest. She will be greatly missed here on Earth, but her Memory and Love continue to live in our hearts. Her Spirit has joined her beloved daughter and grandson, continuing to watch over us from her place up in Heaven, only leaving us stronger in the Love that she shared with us, and Inspired by her Courage to her last days. Her last wishes were for us to only be Happy, the same way her last tears were only out of Happiness, to be surrounded by Family and Love. Funeral services will be held at the Forest Lawn Mortuary, 82-975 Requa Ave., Indio Ca, 92201. Wake mass will be held Sunday June 1st, from 5 P.M. to 10 P.M. Burial mass will be held the following day, Monday June 2nd, starting at 1 P.M. After the services family and friends will be gathering at her daughter Ninfa Avina's home, 83-104 Albion Dr. Indio Ca 92201 to celebrate her beautiful Life.
