Colleen Wanita Dickau, 73, of Palm Desert, CA passed away on March 14, 2019 in Palm Desert, after battling 5 years of Pancreatic Cancer. She was born August 30, 1945 to Charles and Juanita Ferguson in Portland, OR. She married John Dickau on June 11, 1966 in St. Paul, MN. She was a teacher and a member of the Southwest Church. She is survived by her spouse John Dickau of Palm Desert, CA, her daughters Lynn Eller of Ames, IA; Jodi Perez of Shawnee, KS, 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on March 22, 2019 at Southwest Church in Indian Wells, CA. Interment will be 1:00 p.m. on April 6, 2019 at Sun Prairie Baptist Church, Salem, SD. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn Cathedral City.
